This weekend the Big Game will be returning to New Orleans after 11 years and we’re eager to embrace the city and its hallmarks. Mardi Gras colors and masks, brass bands, fleur-de-lis, and gas lanterns will be woven into decor at events, while catering will be featuring creole and Cajun influences. CSE will be working with multiple brands to activate their events on-site.
